Spring Hockey
The purpose of Spring Hockey is to bring younger players, 6th, 7th and 8th graders, into the program while allowing 9th and 10th grade the opportunity to refine their skills. B League as well as the middle school program was designed to promote hockey and to introduce younger players to the high school hockey environment.
Ages
Birth years 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. No 6th or 11th graders can be rostered on B League regardless of their birth year, but 6th graders will be rostered on for the Middle School Program.
No Junior Elite, Tier 1, AAA, AAA Lady Blues, Central States Bantam Major or Midget Minor and Major, Central States Prospects Bantam Major or Midget Minor and Major, Twin Bridges Elite, Carshield players. This includes players who have been rostered on the excluded teams at any point during the season.
When
Winter B League season will begin mid September through March. Spring B League will begin in April and run through June.
Practices and Games
Practice and game schedule will shared when available.
Jerseys
B League players are required to wear the appropriate PCIH uniform. The price of the uniform is not included in team fees. Middle Schoolers will be given a jersey to use for the games.
Extra Costs
Registration Fees cover the cost of ice for practice, games, referee fees, and coach stipend.
Extra fees may be expected for team outings and dinners.

Spring Hockey
Welcome to PCIH Hockey Club! As of the 2026 Spring season, the following is a list of costs associated with playing hockey.
USA Hockey Registration Fee – All players must be registered with USA Hockey.
B League: 7th and 8th graders born on or before 2012 are eligible to play B-Team. B-Team players will have a birth year of 2010, 2011, and 2012. 6th or 11th graders cannot be rostered regardless of their birth year. No Junior Elite, Tier 1, AAA Blues or Carshield, AAA Lady Blues, Central States Bantam Major, Central States Midget Minor and Major players. This includes players who have been rostered on the excluded teams at any point during the season. (Note: Central States Bantam Minor year players are eligible)
B League Fees are $700 for skaters $350 for goalies. This covers the Mid States fees for Spring B League and fees for the Middle School Program (cost of ice and referees), coaches' fees, about 10 on-ice practices, 10 games and off ice training.
Middle School Program- 6th, 7th and 8th graders born on or before 2013 are eligible to in the Middle School Program. This is a non-check developmental program. Players will get 10 games, 10 practices and off ice training.
Middle School Fees are $600 for skaters. This covers the fees for the Middle School Program(cost of ice and referees), coaches' fees, 10 on-ice practices, 10 games and off ice training.
RegisterEligibility
Middle School: You must be enrolled in Parkway Central attendance area in the Parkway School District or have special permission.Suspension: Any player serving any type of school suspension will not be eligible to participate in any team activities, on or off the ice during the time of suspension. This does include practices.
